Cases where the cause is our fault
If the product is defective or if an exchange or return is required due to reasons attributable to us, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by email or through our inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will guide you through the procedure for returning the product or exchanging it for the same product (good product). We will cover the cost of returning the product from you.
If there is no stock available for exchange, the refund will depend on the payment method used at the time of purchase, so we will contact you separately.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns using methods other than those specified by our company.

Return shipping costs
In the case of initial defects or incorrect product shipping, we will handle the matter on a cash-on-delivery basis.
