Details are preserved and reflected as much as possible, allowing for the optional wolf fur hood and wool liner to cope with cold weather, while also having the possibility of the original color denim fabric fading and growing.

We customized the denim fabric produced in Okayama, Japan, which uses American cotton yarn. The textile technology is based on the 50s style. The fabric has a strong texture, 14.5oz gold thickness, and specially customized pink ears.

Through highly computerized textile technology, in order to reproduce the retro expression, the uneven shape of the thread we are pursuing is randomly repeated. It is easy to evenly line the production line. On the other hand, it is difficult to maintain high quality while naturally expressing unevenness in order to make the thickness of the line strong and weak, close to vintage, as we are pursuing. The values ​​called irregular threads are only required for jeans.

A total of 9 G-type automatic looms "GL-9" (produced in 1980) manufactured by Toyota Co., Ltd. Although the surface of the woven fabric is even and beautiful, it is difficult to express the personality of the fabric with a flat expression. On the other hand, old-fashioned power looms can be fine-tuned through the techniques of skilled craftsmen such as the method of tensioning the warp tension and the speed of weaving. Based on this, the original texture of the thread, the uneven feel, and the uneven weave create various personalities in the texture (top). Choose UNIVERSAL Japan-made retro zippers. This size 10 zipper shape often appeared on the original military version of M-65 jackets and M-65 windbreakers in the 1960s and 1970s. Japanese-made zippers are not only exquisite in craftsmanship, but also have another important reason. They use pure cotton webbing. The advantage of this is that it can fade as the clothes age. Domestically produced YKK, TALON and IDEAL are generally nylon webbing, and their retro feel is not as good as pure cotton webbing.
